Delivery and Return Agreement
1. Introduction:
This Delivery and Return Agreement ("Agreement") is valid for all purchases made through www.lamirachocolate.com. Our customers are deemed to have accepted this Agreement when they place an order.
2. Delivery Terms:
- Orders are delivered to cargo within 3 business days at the latest after payment confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the workload of the courier company and the delivery address.
- Delivery costs are specified at the time of ordering and are collected from the customer.
3. Return Conditions:
- Our customers can request a refund by exercising their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
- Products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
- For returns, our customers must send an e-mail to [ lamira@foodexgida.com ] or contact our customer service.
4. Return Process:
- Once the return request is approved, the return address is notified to our customers.
- Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer.
- When the returned products are received, they are inspected and their compliance with the return conditions is checked.
- If the return is deemed appropriate, the product price will be refunded within 10 business days, depending on the payment method used by the customer.
5. Exceptions:
- Returns are not accepted for products that are custom made or have an expiration date approaching.
- Products that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be returned.
6. Exchange Conditions:
- Exchange requests for faulty or defective products must be made within 14 days from the product delivery date.
- For exchange process, our customer service must be contacted.
